it's a job you don't really seem to like, and there's
no hope of things getting better. You're trading security
for 49 weeks a year of tedium.
At the new job, you'd have job satisfaction and career
opportunities galore. Assuming the new company is making
money, other benefits, and salary increases will follow.
I started working for a small start-up company just over a
year ago, and I've never regretted it! It's fun, and you get
to take part in the shaping of a company (in our case, this
included organizing an Employee benefits plan!). Go for it.
