You need to consider two important benefits:
Salary Compensation and Provided Health Insurance
Salary compensation plus health insurance makes up what is called Total
Compensation.
This is the bottom line, and very important.
Vacation, sick and personal time are NOT important.
If you get hurt falling down the stairs, or need an opperation,
this can run into thousands (or even ten thousand dollars) quickly.
If total compensation covers you, go for it!
Very few contract technical writers get paid sick or vacation days. If you
want a day off, take it. If your salary requires you to work every day to
make ends meet, you are in BIG trouble.

Please keep in mind, company growth is measured in five to ten year
segments. That is an impossible time to wait!
Best of luck. You have some hard thinking to do this weekend!
My advise...
Make your decision, and NEVER look back!
