I am looking for an authoring tool for electronic forms. I want to use
such a tool in the following situation.
A large company wants to send new clients a disk on which they can fill
in some forms. This disk must contain 10 forms. When the recipients have
used the forms, they must return the disk. So all information they have
filled in, must be saved on the same disk.
Important:
- the company wants to distribute all 10 forms on just one disk
- recipients must be able to fill in the forms without any specific
software (no filler licenses).
Do you know any tool that can be used to create such forms?
Thanks in advance.
