I worked full-time while attending college full-time. When I finally
achieved my BA in December, 1990, I was already a "Senior Technical
Writer."
I'm not saying degrees don't have their purpose -- I'm VERY glad to have
MINE. I'm only saying too many people and places automatically discount
candidates who don't have a four-year degree but who make excellent
employees.
