Hi,

The default format used is dd/mm/yy, unless ofcourse some application
needs another. Most of the clients of the company are non-Indian
comapanies, so I guess ddd/mm/yy could be a standard format.

Though would you do for the year 2000 - will the date be specified as
01/01/00 ??
