TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I have to write a grant proposal for the local American Red Cross Chapter I
work for. In my numerous books on Technical Communication, I have found
maybe two puny sections that really only define grant writing.
Does anyone know of any good books out there that can provide some definite
guidelines? How about current web sites, periodicals, etc.?
You can respond to me off the list, if this has been covered before. (I
tried to search the archives, but I am getting a message that says, "Unable
to initiate communication. The server is probably not started.")
Thanks in advance.
