By the way, I haven't seen many other interview questions posted. I
know some of you have offered some GREAT questions in the past. (A
similar discussion came up about two years ago.) Any ideas?

A good interview question I've been asked is "What's the biggest
work-related mistake you've ever made". We all have them, so I told
them what the mistake was and how I fixed it. (I'd mailed the
camera-ready copy to the wrong printer).
My least favorite is "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?". I just
don't know! In my last interview I turned the tables and asked where
they saw the company in 5 years. They laughed.
My biggest piece of interview advice is to be comfortable, confident,
and be yourself. A sense of humor doesn't hurt, either.
