Here's some suggestions (in order):
1. Reboot the PC and try again.
2. Turn off the PC and try again.
3. Review RoboHelp's online help.
4. Go to Blue Sky's web site and search for the error (or portions of it).
5. Call Blue Sky.
6. Use your favorite Web search engine to search for the error, both on the
Web and in Usenet.
7. Search Microsoft's site for the error message (or portions of it).
