Time to make up a "Project FAQ for Dummies". But then, knowing your
average client, nobody would actually READ it anyway...

Funny, I think I've got a few of those emails today... oh well, such is
life.
Hey, handy Spam-filtering tip: note that 98% of spam-mail you receive
does not actually have your email address in the To: or Cc: fields of the
header. If your mail program supports complex or Boolean filters, just
have it catch anything that DOESN'T have your email address in those
fields. (Of course, this applies to some listservs as well, so make sure
they're filtered first!)
