In the context of software configuration, is the term "wizard"
trademarked by Microsoft, or anyone else? I'm working with a partner company that
doesn't use the term in their documentation because, as they put it, " it's
better to be safe than sorry."

We currently use it in our documentation when referring to our "Account
Setup Wizard".
