Thanks to all of you wonderful techwhirlers that gave me suggestions
on how to bring up a new window on a two framed web page. I had many
suggestions, incuding Java Script, which I cannot use because Motorola
has turned off the Java Script ability on Netscape. The other most
popular response was add target="top" to by href. Thanks again!
