Guys...I've started getting weekly department updates from someone in my
department and they are in troff format.

Anyone know of a Frame v5.5 filter that will convert those files to
either Frame or HTML? The goal is to place them on an intranet page.

Only thing I can recommend is sending it back through troff and dumping
it to an ASCII text file. I think the command would be

troff -a inputfilename > outputfilename
