troff filter

Guys...I've started getting weekly department updates from someone in my
department and they are in troff format.

Anyone know of a Frame v5.5 filter that will convert those files to
either Frame or HTML? The goal is to place them on an intranet page.

BTW...anyone in the NY/NJ area going to be attending the NY FrameUsers
meeting this evening in NY?
