     Experienced Technical Communicators

     One of the world's foremost supplier of digital prepress systems is
     looking for experienced technical communication specialists to
supply
     innovative documentation solutions for its projects.

     The successful candidates will:

     - work closely with Customer Support and Product Development to
define
     documentation needs and deliver clear and accurate operating
     instructions, service procedures, and troubleshooting information

     - suggest and help develop optimal delivery methods for the content

     - participate in the ongoing effort to standardize processes,
tools,
     and document design

     - participate in the design and maintenance of technical support
web
     sites

     - participate in the design and implementation of a new document
     database


     Requirements

     - 5 years working as a technical communicator

     - knowledge of online help, content development for the web,
document
     management systems, database publishing, multilingual delivery

     - knowledge of prepress industry an asset


     Candidates should be outstanding communicators, good project
managers
     and eager to work in a fast paced environment.
