It's a complicated issue. And yes, I'm sure that 4.00.095(a) is the "A"
version. A recent article in PC Mag (or was it Windows) (and I"m sorry I
don't have it right now) went into great lenghts about it...when I dig it
up, I'll provide more...

There is a version of IE 4.01 now; maybe that solved the problem?

So, IE4 will trash my computer? Are you sure
about these numbers? After all, 4.00.95 is
higher (to me) than 4.00.1111.
