PageMaker is your best bet. You can do some things with it that a word
processor like FrameMaker cannot do...for example, drag things to the
pasteboard, resize your columns and text flows using the "window shade"
and much better graphics ability (such as the moveable vertical and
horizontal guides for aligning things). It also makes two-page spreads
much easier.
