Explains Eric's problems--his client must've read it! Book urges
employers to get copies of licenses, cerificates of business names,
client contact, proof of insurance, proof of ownership of equipment &
materials necessary, articles of incorporation...*plus* a phone call to
the Sec'y of State's office to make sure the corporation is not defunct!!
