I've heard this presentation, and it is good.

The basic idea is to use 3-ring punched clear display sleeves to highlight:

* Small samples you're especially proud of.

* Work that pertains specifically to the prospective client.

The binder allows you to select and organize material differently for each
presentation and to know exactly where each item is. For the latter
purpose, Lance suggests tabbed dividers and a one-page table of contents --
tailored to the specific contents -- in the front of the binder.

The samples in the sleeves are copies of pages or tear sheets. If the
client shows interest in a specific sample, you can pull the associated
book out of your briefcase and discuss it.

If you can get Lance to present this to your group, everyone will get a lot
