don't do everything at once; do triage - identify most serious problems
that can make the most difference to the programmers; appeal to their
self-interests; remember that "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than
permission;" understand what I can JUST DO (it) and what may have to be
done by someone else's rules.

CONCLUSION:
There have been some major changes in the organization here, which will be
a major benefit to the documentation process. The new manager of
applications is a very capable person with excellent management skills,
especially in project management. She has been my manager the past 10
months and I look forward to working with her, and she loves documentation!
Again, I will be using these ideas and following the advise. The list is an
incredible resource because of the participation and sharing that you do!
