Dal,

I was having the same problem. (Yes, I was using a color postscript
driver.) Colors done with the Frame graphics tool showed up as color
in the PDF output, but colors in screen captures didn't. I checked the
archives for the Framers listserv and came up with the tip that worked:

Exit Frame, reset the color postscript driver as the default printer,
restart Frame, save as PDF again.

(In those archives, someone else insisted that this wasn't necessary --
that selecting the color driver under Print Setup would do the trick.
But
that doesn't work for me, and I have to first make it the default
printer.)
