TECHWR-Lers:

After eleven years of working as a technical writer, I am beginning a
transition to UNIX System Administrator, at least half time, responsible
for maintaining SGI and Sun workstations, several Windows machines, and
an NT box. Have any of you ever worked as a UNIX SA? I'd like
constructive advice from anyone on what books I should read, training I
should get, and so on.

Thanks.

-Mike
