The key word there would be "convert". Software to software, does
anything ever convert easily or nicely. Good Luck!!! I have done the
RTF to Framemaker but I had to do it as a paste special as the import
kept giving me errors.

Framemaker is your best option though. I am slowly converting these
guys here.
