Haven't used it myself, but one friend used Dragon several months ago and
found it very frustrating to train, while another used the same product (I
think) and somehow lost all her training and had to start over. Perhaps
these are anomalous experiences, and/or perhaps the software has improved;
in any event, I'd at least check about how and when the software saves
training, and I'd ask to try it in the store (I've seen demos being given
but have never stopped to pay close attention).
