A good place to double-check translations online is
http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/cgi-bin/translate?.
It translates both ways between English and German, Spanish, Italian,
French, and Portugese. It can make hilarious errors, but if you have
some inkling of the language, it's a good backup.
