Here are some ways to cope:

While sitting and typing, run in place. Just like a duck; calm from the
waist up, and frantically running in place.

Every two hours move your mouse from the left side to the right side, then
two hours later move it back. It keep you in the learning curve.

Re-map you keyboard every few days to keep yourself on edge.

Keep a sport bottle full of ice water and squirt yourself in the face every
few minutes.

Unsubscribe from this listserv, remove all distractions from you space, and
work so freakin' hard you have no idea where the time went!

If these suggestions don't float your boat, quit your job and join the bomb
disposal unit of your local police. I am sure they are accepting volunteers!
