First Data Investor Services Group, the mutual fund processing unit of
First Data Corporation (www.firstdatacorp.com), has an opening for a Senior
or Principal Documentation Specialist.
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining
user, programming, and operations documentation as required by clients,
internal users and programmers for the company's mutual fund accounting
application systems.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least
3-5 years of software documentation experience.
Documentation is produced in a variety of print and online formats.
Knowledge of Windows help design and creation is important, as well as
solid knowledge of the software development process.
