FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. A FAQ doc is generally written
in Q&A format and, in theory, answers the most frequently asked questions
about product use/features. FAQs abound on the Web; you should be able to
find several samples.
If you're unsure about what information to cover, ask your technical
support people because they're the ones that hear all the questions.
They should be able to guide your development effort.
Sometimes you need to create a FAQ for a new product and no users have
had a chance to ask questions yet. In this case, you need to brainstorm
the kinds of questions that users might ask based on what they've asked
before about other products in your inventory.
