Which shows I violated a TW rule by /assuming/ everyone knew 50/49 ..
so for clarification, software "remediated" (fixed) with the 50/49
method means the software will /assume/ any two digit year
representation from 00 to 49, inclusive, will be 20**, while any two
digit year representation of 50 through 99, inclusive, will be 19**
(i.e. 43=2043; 53=1953).
Apologies for my oversight/sloppy writing; trust this corrects the
error.
