I looked into getting about 100 3-ring binders made a short while ago.
The cost included offset printing of the manual, the binders, and an
envelope for the binders (with 4 colours on the binder and envelope).
The total cost was about $12,000 Canadian which translates to about $400
bucks American. :) I suggest you phone around and get several estimates.
Also the more binders you order, the cheaper it becomes.
