writer/trainer. RRI ( http://www.rrinc.com ) is a fast-growing software

We are located in the Blue Ridge mountains of southwest Virginia.
As part of a small, growing company, you would have the opportunity to
participate in a broad array of projects. The duties for this position can
include:
* Develop and maintain software documentation
* Develop and maintain on-line help
* Develop and teach software training courses
* Participate in GUI design
* Collaborate on proposals
* Write product data sheets and related marketing material
We are particularly interested in individuals who can both write the
documentation and develop/teach training courses. In doing so, you would
also have the opportunity to work closely with the developers and system
engineers to act as a user advocate in improving product design and
functionality.
Requirements:
* Degree and/or Experience in technical communication with an emphasis on
the software industry
* Willingness to teach and learn from users
* Willingness and ability to participate in product design
* Ability to learn new software quickly
* Experience in on-line help development a plus
* Experience in proposal-writing and/or marketing a plus
