Visio Technical does the best technical drawings and is pretty easy
to learn. However, it is fairly expensive and might be more than you want.
Visio Standard is less expensive.

There is a program that is very similar to Visio, but not as
powerful, called SmartDraw. It is only $49 and you can download a demo
program to try. It certainly does everything mentioned. And quite easily. It
is the same sort of shapes and connectors software that visio is. See
