John, how about...
To configure more than two XXXs when none exist,
grow two XXXs, then grow the additional XXXXs."
If the user is reading about configuring XXXs we can
assume that he wants to do it. No need for words like
if, then, must, can, etc., that imply uncertainty.
Any other opinions?
