The easiest way to create a "ripped" border for a portion "ripped"
out of a larger screenshot is to use some of the clipart borders
available from Imageclub (www.imageclub.com?) and other third-party
suppliers. There are also plug-ins for Photoshop that you can get
from developers that automate the process. Extensis includes some
form of borders/frames function in its "Photoframe" plugin; you can
try it free (so the ad claims) at <www.extensis.com>.
