Greetings Tim!

One option is to create your bullet list within Word; save to a file;
then within excel;insert > object > create from file > browse (to locate
your word file). You can resize the embedded word object field and move
it to the location desired. Once the word object is embedded into the
excel spreadsheet, you can double click on the word object to open up
additional formatting options in the excel menu to directly edit the word
object within the excel spreadsheet.
