Senior Technical Writer (Boston - Metro West)
Must have minimum 5 years experience documenting software products. Must
have experience documenting online help, print, web and CD-ROM. Must be
able to write for a highly technical audience. Must be skilled in MS
Word, RoboHelp, Framemaker and HTML. Working knowledge of Windows NT and
UNIX required. Former programming experience a plus. Minimum BA/BS or
equivalent experience.
Technical Writer (Boston ? Metro West)
Responsible for writing hardware/software installation guides, user
guides, maintenance and troubleshooting for internal use and for
customers. Materials will provide instructions for maintenance and
troubleshooting for mechanical components. Applicant must have minimum 3
years technical writing experience and a minimum BA/BS in Technical
Writing, English or a related field. Experience specifically in
hardware technical writing and/or software technical writing for
multimedia projects a plus. Some experience using Corel Draw, Photo
Finish or other graphics programs is required.
Senior Technical Writer (Boston ? Metro West)
In this position you will create technical documents for database
software products. You should have experience documenting systems
software that runs on various platforms and have a good understanding of
server technology. Must be proficient with MS Word, Framemaker and
RoboHelp. Must have working experience with SQL and Windows NT.
Applicant must have minimum three years technical writing experience and
a minimum BA/BS in Technical Writing, English or a related field.
Principal Technical Writer (North of Boston)
Lead projects and write documentation such as online help, Readme files,
hardcopy manuals, multimedia tours, etc. Must have minimum 8 years
Technical Writing experience with minimum 3 years documenting
applications with GUI for MS Windows and/or Mac OS. Must be proficient
with MS Word, RoboHelp, FrameMaker, Photoshop. Must have minimum of 3
years supervisory/project management experience. Minimum BA/BS in
related field.
Senior Technical Writer (West of Boston)
You will be responsible for the documentation of operating procedures,
installation/maintenance manuals, marketing materials, etc. for hardware
and software products. You will also be responsible for illustrations
and diagrams accompanying the documentation. Must have minimum 5 years
Technical Writing experience in high tech. Must have a good
understanding of scientific principles (Chemistry, etc.). Must be
proficient in MS Word and Framemaker and have some experience with
technical illustrations and graphic programs. Minimum BA/BS in related
field.
