Remember that older browsers have no support even for such seemingly
standard things as tables and image maps, too. You should still be able
to scrounge old versions of Netscape 1.x, Mosaic, etc. to test with (I
know a couple people who are still using Netscape 1.x - have been since
they first joined their ISP years ago, and never had a reason to
"upgrade").
