Similar to Matt Horn, my favorite dialog boxes have explicit buttons. In
Word 6.0, when you had a file in, say, RTF format and were about to save in
some other format, a box would remind you that maybe what you really want to
do is change it to Word 6.0. One button would read "Save RTF format",
another would say "Save Word 6.0 format", and the third would be Cancel.

That's a lot clearer than "Are you sure you don't want to convert to Word
6.0?" and you have to choose Yes or No. Unfortunately, many programmers
prefer to use (or have to use) preset dialog boxes with Yes, No, and/or
Cancel buttons; they may not have the option to make explicit buttons.
