I've seen (and used) Getting Started. From there, you could have subsections
for basic Windows Instructions and Instructions for the application.

I recently ran into a similar situation. We are considering a booklet just
for basic computer operation (Windows, Web browsers, mouse, printing, etc.).
Would it be possible to create a book like this that is used as a supplement
to new applications? This would simplify your application booklet and you
wouldn't have to create such sections for every new software package
released. Just a thought.
