Short Canadian answer (which does not apply in BC, where you can divide this
figure in half in spite of your cost of living being double): No less than
$35 /hour.

Here you're going to have to do some work. You will have lots of estimates
and calculations, and it'll prolly take you an hour or two to figure out
your rate.
