Scuse us, but.....
If you can't suspend paying customers then you better go and talk to all the
health clubs, ISPs, movie theatres, ski hills, etc. that throw out paying
customers all the time. You can do anything to anyone if they sign the
contract.
The only exceptions of course are anything covered in your country's bill of
rights and consumer law.
Plus we're talking about suspending posting privileges temporarily, not
banishing them completely. I was once booted and was back in a day after
apologising. Not exactly Nazi like treatment.
Anyways, I suppose Eric would have to be running from all those lawyers that
would be after the 20 dollars payback? Are you kidding?
