Dear Kalpana,

This should be decided up front. If you don't know, it is important to
ask, because some companies need to track different activities (some are
billable and some are overhead). They may have to move some hours to
different categories to ensure the right billable/overhead adjustments
are made.

Some clients don't break it out and some do. You just need to discuss
how they want it invoiced so that they can track billing according to
their accounting department needs.
