Greetings!

I've received an angry message from someone who was offended by my reply to
Meg Halter's question about "Unprofessional possesive". He said:

>You are out of line with your broken English. Totally unprofessional and
>smacks of racism. It is very clear you mock not only non-English speaking
>people, but especially Asians. Shame on YOU.

Actually, I wasn't thinking of any ethnic group at all, but it's curious
that he thought I was. When I wrote this reply, I was picking up on the
broken English the original poster used in her email (as a funny example)
and ran with it.

If I was thinking of any group of people, I was thinking of primitive
cavemen (bash with rock) and I was not targeting any ethnic group.

If I offended anyone on the list with this post, I sincerely apologize, but
the post was not intended as a racist slur of any kind.

Be seeing you,

Dave
