Fellow Techwhirlers:
Have any of you ran across information on the benefits of creating a demo for
software to use as a pre-sales tool and/or to write documentation from? My
company develops Network Management software for telecommunications networks. It
is hard for the writer to get time on-line with the NMS actually connected to a
telecom network because the developers are always running tests. I suggested a
demo and pointed out the additional benefit of using it as a pre-sales tool. I
need more information to back me up. Any ideas? Web sites? Input?
Thanks in advance for your help!
