You couldn't work a ton of overtime even if you wanted to, unless you were
temporarily under the gun for a major project.
Even then, you are encouraged to take time off during the crunch. If, for
example, you are waiting for a major deliverable from another person or
department before you can make your next major contribution, you are
encouraged to spend that wait time away from the office.
This encourages everybody to keep closer track of the deliverables upon
which they are dependent in order to produce the deliverables upon which
someone else is dependent, and so forth.
Your employer may have many of employees, but you have only one body.
