Greetings Randy,

If you truly believe that you are too old at 40, and inferior to "foreign
programmers", by all means, stay out of the programming profession.

Oh, and please, we have enough self-centered egotistical technical writers in
our profession already.

The "massive influx" of foreign programmers you are worried about, actually open
up new opportunities for you: They all need to eat lunch somewhere.

How to break into technical writing? Get a better attitude and embrace
diversity.
