It was suggested here, but we rejected the idea because we felt this would create problems with people who have allergies or who are sensitive to odors. Or are you suggesting a staffed facility for pet day care?

We get lunch delivered irregularly (but often enough). Sometimes it's a simple as [good] pizza for a team or department lunch. Sometimes it's overage from a customer meeting. Sometimes it's a catered breakfast prior to a company meeting. Sometimes it's a what-the-hell-let's-buy-lunch-for-everyone thing. Sometimes we go out to lunch on the company (as a team or department). A couple of weeks ago, the company footed the bill for lunch at an Indian restaurant to celebrate Diwali (a cross-cultural event in which we Anglos learned a bit about the home culture of some of our Asian coworkers).
