Oh dear, How embarrasing! I mentioned the situation with capturing tool
tips to one of our developers. The son-of-a-gun did a regular "prntscrn"
and "paste" and there it was!!!
I tried all the other options that have been suggested and couldn't get
SnagIt to cooperate. Everything else seems to be working ok though.
