Who uses a 28.8 modem?

The person who asked me the other day for user support. Seriously, I
got a call Sunday morning from someone who was having trouble
connecting to his ISP. He was using an old 133MHz Pentium with a 28.8
internal modem.

Yes, he does plan to upgrade, but funds (for health reasons) have been
limited for several years.

To make a long story short, we fixed the problem. Chalk up one
satisfied customer.
