I don't know this work of Mager's at all--it's been many yeras since I
was doing instruction manuals and related materials--but I do recall that
Mager's behavioral instructions dictates had a rather short life. I hope
that what he offers in this book is a more practical approach to preparing
instructiom. - Herm
