Hi Audrey,

We are on the other side, we OEM other products quite often. Each of the
items you mention: rebranding responsibility, OEM change responsibility and
version control; are negotiated in the contract. We have the OEM company
change some documentation, and we do some ourselves, depending on the
contract.

As for OEM change responsibility, traditionally the OEM company will provide
any corrections, bug fixes, upgrades in the same format as the original
contract. Meaning if you have to rebrand the original release, you'll need
to continue rebranding for subsequent releases, if they are covered by the
contract.
